Works Incorporated:

• Strip out and reconfiguration of partitions, M+E and all finishes.
• Creation of additional WC facilities.
• Formation of 5no consulting rooms, accomodating half height wall cladding with corner protection, new IPS, corian worktops and sliding curtain rails.
• Full M+E re-instatement, including ventilation and plumbing works, access control, fire alarms, data, CCTV and bed head trunking installs incorporating nurse call and medical gases.
• Pre and Post-Triage waiting areas accentuated by inset leaf patters to the flooring, bespoke vinyl wall graphics, iPad stations and feature lighting.
• All new doorsets, fully impact plastic-clad doors and frames and a bespoke glazed sliding system to one of the consultation rooms.
• Bespoke, green coloured Trovex sheeting clad nurse stations with corian tops.
