Washroom and WC Refurbishment

 Works Incorporated:

• Within a dust-sensitive environment, extend existing washroom facility to create new staff wash facility and briefing/ meeting room.
• Demolition and form extended blockwork enclosure.
• Suspended ceilings, door sets, lighting.
• IPS vanity unit/ duct.
• Inset stainless steel trough with sensor taps
• Refurbishment of staff WC’s (hygienic wall cladding, cap and cove non-slip vinyl floor, new vanity units, new sanitaryware).
• Refurbishment of corridor (new suspended ceiling, re-decoration).
