• Removal and demolition of existing staff wash facility in dust sensitive environment.
• Erection of dust screens, utilised dust control mats upon exit/ entry.
• Installation of structural supports and infill to existing drainage channel.
• Extension of existing structure to create a new access corridor and enlarged wash facility.
• New partitions, suspended ceilings and LED lighting.
• Hygienic lllumitex decoration and the inclusion of a crisp corporate branded orange band to feature walls.
• Cap and cove vinyl floor.
• Solid compact grade laminate IPS with a stainless steel wash trough, sensor taps and Dyson airblade hand-driers, accompanied by drain-off drip trays.
