• Strip out ceilings, lighting and sanitaryware and vanity units.
• New suspended ceilings and lighting throughout.
• New vanity units and duct panelling with sensor taps.
• Refurbishment of existing tiled floor finishes.

Ground floor Dilapidations:

• Part partition removal as directed.
• Removal and renewal of all floor finishes.
• Redecoration throughout.
• Provide landscaping feature to internal courtyard area.
