Contractual Methods

PCI Ltd are happy to engage by any means necessary to ensure client satisfaction within a contractual process.

Generally, our participation in projects is limited to forming the role of Main Contractor – although on occasion we enter as a Sub-Contractor, most frequently as part of public sector works where funding frameworks can be restrictive on the client but key contacts desire us to maintain a project engagement.

Two Part Traditional Tender is our most familiarly trodden path but with strong links to well established local design teams, we’re equally comfortable facilitating turnkey Design and Build fit-outs to a client’s specific requirements – resulting in the CDM ability to cover Principal Contractor role in liaison with a Principle Designer.

In the last few years our public sector works have familiarised us with working closely alongside project teams in Value Engineering exercises. We have enjoyed the freedom to work within such frameworks in a transparent, Open-Book nature and have been able to provide cost benefits that are unachievable in ordinary circumstances.
